How Does PRAV
IRAL immune support® Work?
The immune system is central to health and well-being, as it affects every other part of the human body. The stronger your immune system, the better your body can cope with harmful pathogens.

Colostrum is breast fluid produced by all mammals before breast milk is released and is thought to be the first immunity conferred from mother to child.
Colostrum contains a high level of micronutrients: antibodies, prebiotics, probiotics and growth factors as well as vitamins and minerals all in the most bioavailable form:
- Lactoferrin – a protein involved in our body’s immune response to infections including those caused by bacteria and viruses
- Antibodies – these proteins, also known as immunoglobulins, are used by your immune system to fight bacteria and viruses. Bovine colostrum is rich in antibodies IgA, IgG and IgM
1-3 / 1-6 Yeast Beta-Glucan has been shown to have an immune-modulating effect in the body by ‘priming’ the immune system against foreign challenges.
1-3 / 1-6 Yeast Beta-Glucan has been seen to be particularly beneficial in respect to respiratory tract infections. By helping to build protective barriers, 1-3 / 1-6 Yeast Beta-Glucan supports your body’s natural defences:
- Naturally supports normal immune function
- Supports gut health & digestion
- Reduces inflammation
- Protects against free radicals & foreign toxins
Oligofructose is a soluble fibre derived from the Chicory root.
Oligofructose is a natural prebiotic fibre which has been shown to help mineral absorption and the health of the large intestine – a healthy digestive system being directly linked to positive immune health.
Nutritionally classed as fibre Oligofructose can also be used to replace sugar in a food with the added health benefit of being safe for diabetics.
Vitamin D3 is the biologically active form of the vitamin, found in our bodies and in animals.
When sunlight hits your skin, a reactive process converts cholesterol into Vitamin D3. Vitamin D3 is known to enhance the function of your body’s immune cells including T-cells and macrophages, essential in the body’s fight against pathogens. It also has a role in controlling the body’s immune response to inflammation.
Most Vitamin D3 is derived from sheep’s wool, however PRAV
Zinc is a critical nutrient required for the development and function of immune cells in the body.
A deficiency of zinc can lead to a weakened immune system. Although there are many forms of Zinc not all are the same and bioavailability is key. Zinc Bisglycinate is one of the best forms of zinc available as it is bonded to a protein (in this case glycine) which allows it to be taken up by the body more effectively.
New research also suggests that zinc helps control infections by gently modulating the body’s immune response to avoid out of control inflammation.
Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin involved in the development of the immune system. It contributes to the formation of white blood cells and helps regulate your immune response.
Vitamin A has been shown to play an important effect in maintaining immune tolerance across the whole gut lining. An intolerant immune system can trigger a variety of issues in the body and the gut is where many people first start to experience the symptoms of immune intolerance.
Vitamin B9, commonly known as Folic Acid, is a water-soluble vitamin required in the creation of white blood cells.
Vitamin B9 is also involved in governing immune responses and has shown potential to improve immune health in the elderly. A single sachet of PRAVIRAL immune support® contains your daily recommended dosage of Vitamin B9, more than you’ll find in one full cup of broccoli.
